Assitant Coach/Front Desk

Hours may vary, but would likely be 8:
30AM-12:
45PM Saturdays and Sundays.

Duties - Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Answer phone calls, take messages, and redirect calls as necessary - Provide information about the organization, such as office hours, services offered, and directions to the office - Schedule appointments and manage the office calendar - Perform administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and organizing documents - Assist with event planning and coordination - Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area Experience - Previous experience in an administrative or office management role preferred - Proficiency in using Google programs - Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle difficult situations professionally This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask.
The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
They should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
