Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome guests in a friendly and professional manner - Check-in and check-out guests, ensuring accuracy of information - Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries promptly and courteously - Handle guest requests and complaints efficiently and effectively - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area - Coordinate between Facility Director and weekend staff Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to provide excellent guest service with a friendly and positive attitude - Proficient in phone etiquette and handling phone systems - Knowledge of front desk operations and procedures - Ability to handle cash transactions accurately - Flexibility Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed.
